Help CenterTo redeem your Sketch discount, make sure you’re signed into your Designlab student account and that you have your current course selected on the platform.
Then, head over to our Perks page and select the “Redeem” button under “Sketch”. From here, you can download your personalized PDF enrollment verification letter (this confirms that you’re eligible for the student discount). Next, follow the link to the “Sketch Education Store” and submit the PDF under “proof of student/teacher status”. You should hear back from Sketch within 2-3 business days.
Important: Please note that per Sketch's policies, you are only able to redeem the perk during your official enrollment dates. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the enrollment letter after the course's official dates.
