I received the intro email for a student, why are they missing from my dashboard?
During launch day, if you receive an introduction email for your student but they aren't showing up on your dashboard, this means that they have not completed their course onboarding.
In the event this happens, you can always email the student to let them know to complete this. However, if the student is unresponsive, you can get in touch with support and we'll gladly help out!
